This practical botanical set is 100% handmade in the UK printed on organic cotton and using water-based inks; good for you and good for the environment. The set is comprised of a luxury botanical apron, matching with floral tea towel and double oven gloves. The apron has natural linen waist straps; the tea towel has folded hem sewn in around all four sides and a natural linen hanging loop; the oven gloves have a black edging all around to protect them from stains and a heat resistant filling inside the double lined fabric. The fabric is 309gsm half Panama organic cotton, making it durable and hard wearing. They are printed in England using the latest technology for textile printing. The water-based inks give a superior wash and rub fastness for daily use. We recommend machine wash at 40° to maintain and protect the vibrancy and colour contrast of the maximalist pattern design. I was always fascinated by the details and patterns in nature and I started to work with geometry in my arts degree in 1996. Ten years later, in 2006, I teamed up with a therapist and we created personalised Mandalas for her clients, giving birth to a new era in my art.
